Bad mood!!!

haiz... so sad that i cant finish my training today... just now something wrong with the muscle at left scapula there... so, my personal trainer said better postpone the training... so... i have to go earlier... SAD!!! NO MOOD!!!

but then, i decided to go and cut my hair... my first hair cut at pyramid in west malaysia... haha... i ask the junior to cut for me, a girl... not bad actually... but it's damn expensive...RM23... at sarawak only RM8 for student n is same quality as here...

oh yea, joseph ar... next time dont be so weak during pt again, i know u can do it... just do it... U CAN DO IT. yes, I CAN n I MUST... hahah....
