well well, im supposed to upload photo into my com right now, but my cam need a rest now... so im here only to blog bout what had just happened on the earth for last couple hours...
So, here we goes... it was raining heavily before we're out to pyramid and thanks god the rain came before the earth hour!!! it was until 5++pm that the rain finally stop, and my fren quickly pulled me up from my bed and wan me to get ready to pyramid... so, i quickly, immediately grabbed my camera and only with camera in my backpack, we head to pyramid for this meaningful event... meaningful??? i dont know, depends...
well well, such a good job by my fren that we arrived at pyramid so early!!! damn it, i could have use the time to have a longer nap... anyway, we went to FACE TO FACE(near The One Academy) for dinner instead of straight to pyramid... after a quick dinner, finally we head to pyramid... and, again... it was still too early for the event... so, we just hang around... went to the panasonic booth, testing my camera ... snapping picture here and there... and then, i met my senoirs who were there to join the earth hour also... we chit chat for a while then hang around again for a while...
next i went to registered myself for the event under sunway university college... and get a small romantic candle... a white one!! wt_!!! and some boring thing in the middle... blar blar blarrrr...
right after that came the peak time of the earth hour@main entrance!!!
IT WAS FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN...................................whole load of fun out there!!!
lots of ppl wearing the EARHT HOUR t-shirt in and out, here and there, up and down!!! wow... so many ppl out there... next, i met symone, heng hao and a new fren, Jian qin from CAT at the signature board... well, the signature board was not big enough for all the ppl to have their signature... the board with double side was filled with so many signature and some ppl even have to get up on fren shoulder just to have their signature inked on the top part of the board... i did capture this moment into my cam... and there, the whole VU gang take turn to capture the meaningful moment into camera... continued with the ausmat monash gang... we spent like about half an hour there just to take photo... haha... camwhore ppl!!! and then we move to the stage area to prepare for the countdown... the stage was on the field, with grass on it obviously, and it was raining just now, so, the field was wet and it felt so uncomfortable to be there... and yet everyone was high until the really very peak time of the earth hour...
the candles candies all started to light up...
then the mc announced it was 2 min away from the earth hour, and everyone start to make noise, screaming, like we're in the new year countdown... slowly one minute and then 30 seconds 20 seconds and there it is the last 10 seconds... everyone started counting down... 10....9....8....7....6...5....4....3....2.....1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
LIGHT OFF 0.0000001 second time!!!
the whole pyramid from a shinny view, the big lion in goldenish colour turn black in a sudden!!!! and ppl start crazy and making more noise.... and the event on the stage start.... some perfoming stuffs.... singing by sunway university students-HEAL THE WORLD... then, some other performance... the whole stage was in flash all the time... coz there were so many photographer out there, with their expensive DSLR and external flash plugged in... there whole scene was like rihanna or maybe beyonce, justing timberlake, brad pitt, megan fox up there, and the whole world was paying their full attention to them, camera's flash nonstop, ppl screaming like hell blar blar blar.....
and when everyone was so high there on the field, so to us and heng hao especially.... guess what he did...
haha... he burn somebody's hair!!! yeap, it's burnt, u know, with fire coming out and the CHOA DA smell!!! it was Jian Qin who was so blardy unlucky to be that somebody... but just a small matter only, the fire last for maybe 2 to 3 seconds only when heng hao and symone quickly put off the fire on her hair... haha... poor Jian Qin... and then heng hao was so sorry about that... he gave us a full "IM SORRY" face after that... with mouth muted for almost one hour... another earth day event here... personally one... lol...
and slowly we left the stage and head to kimgary for dinner... i should say supper actually. met other VU gangs there... eat eat eat, chat chat chat, walk walk walk, then im here, blogging about this unforgetable moment in my life... SUNWAY ppl rock it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
