Kick Boxing Lesson

another new experience for me again today...
never know will has chance to try it in my life...
haha

it's boxing actually...
i learnt all the punching...
it's not easy man...
it train everything, ur chest, triceps, biceps, back muscle, abs...
burn fats
improve balance, coordination and agility, stability...
the best part is,
it's actually fun...
i'll try it again if has chance....
hopefully will has chance again..

im so hungry now!!!!!

oh yea, just now i saw lenglui and leng cars at pyramid!!! haha...
