Long long story

well, today i went to the earlier IS class hoping that i can end class earlier and go back to have a rest... but, sth unexpected have just fill all those hours of rest after my IS class... well, let me start with jeffery...
Me: y u never update ur blog?
J: today, i'll update it... and i've changed my blog template.
Me: wau, i also wan... but dont know how to do...
J: i help u...
Me: come to my seat and start doing....

one long long hour later.... still no result.... wtf, jeFFry...pronounce as "J... fry" haha, this was the mistake made by miss nithi... after all those "brilliant" stuff by jeffery, i have to give up changing my blog template and zhao... but another thing stop me from going back to hostel for my rest.... haiz, pretty annoying... but, it's special event, my fren birthday tomorrow....so, they were planning to go pyramid to buy cake... dont wan go with them at first, but then ended up going with them... haha... walking all the way under hot sun to pyramid was a good cardio for my workout later... and kept pronoouncing "rat" on the way was a good exercise for my mouth... yea, i cant pronounce word again... wonder y i kept pronounce rat as "RED". though i try veeery t pronounce it correctly.... and there were two teacher teaching me the right way to ppronounce it... " A..... AT...... RAT....., RAT" after five second "RED" came out from my mouth instead of RAT!!! haiz.... tired of pronouncing the word... the first time i felt it was a long long journey to pyramid... haha... whatever, rat or red, our first mission is to book a cake... so went to book the cake at secret recepi... chocolate indulgence cake.... should be nice... it's in my fridge now...
the next thing sure gym la.... this time i really schedule out my workout....
1. treadmill 10mins
2. Chest muscle: 32lbs 15 counts, 36lbs 10counts, 40lbs 8 counts, 45.5lbs 5 counts, 50lbs 3 counts, and 54.5lbs 3 counts...
3. abs: 45lbs, 55lbs n 65lbs, 6 sets, 20 counts per set
4: back muscle: 3 sets, 15 counts per set
5: thighs and leg muscle: 80, 90 100, 15 counts per set
6: arms and shoulder: 20lbs, roughly bout 100 counts
7: one hour Zumba fitness class, sweat like hell...
8: abs: 55lbs 10 counts, 2 sets. 65lbs 10 counts, 2 sets.

1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8= undescribable TIREDNESS

reached hostel the only thing that make me feel out of hell is my BED. right after de-contact len-ing, and store the cake in the fridge, the only thing appear in my eyes is ZZZzzzzzzzzzz....... sleep from 9 until 11 sth... then having my oat drink... and now blogging here....
