New unit mate

yea, i got a new unit mate. n i just realized bout that now after i found 2 pairs of new shoes in the shoes rack.... a mongolian guy, the skin colour quite fair... and dont know his name also... whatever... just have a post here to tell bout this... and im not human observer dy(lat time i claim myself as human observer).. nowadays, i dont care much bout other people, maybe cause im busy with so many things everyday... my timetable is almost full everday, including weekend.... haiz.... and now, im busy with the EALD speeches thingi which is pretty annoying, cause i dont know how to do.... the speeches is so hard to understand than what i thought before.... u have to digg all the meanings dep in the speeches... haiz..... so hard to do.... anywhere, there is nothing that is easy in this world, even eating also if you dont know how to use ur mouth and your teeth efficiently and correctly, you still cant eat your food in perfect way... know what i mean.? if dont know then just ignore it... lol.... oh ya, just finish watching olympic closing ceremony.... what can i say bout it??? erm, pretty creative, some parts.... and the firework is wonderful, for sure!!!! that's all....

A short post here

yesterday i went for this movie named Death Race with my sis and her fren... wau, the movie was cool... very cool!!!! it worth my rm11 and the popcorn... haha... i think you all should watch it... the car racing in the movie was like gaming type of car racing... it's like when the car pass through a certain symbol on the road, then the gun or shelter or whatever on the car will be activated. then they can use it depend on what symbol they pass through.... haha... and the most hate-able ladies in the show finally..... u watch then will know la... and everyone gave her big applause after she....... hahah.... i like that part quite a lot... haha.... that's all..... GO WATHC IT!!!!

omg, she is gorgeous, the hottest combat instructor i've ever seen... oh yea, im talking about Ayisha Shandiman... california instructor from Hong Kong... a hotX10000000000 Australian girl... hot like the chili padi, hot like the sun, hot like the valcano lava.!!!!the skin colour damn healthy la...and the body, WAU..... what can i say... speechless... before the class start she was so quiet, act like those cool cool guy, no emotion on her face at all.... but then, when she start her first word, everything change.. 360 degree change.... "hi, Im Ayisha.... this is combat class... welcome..... .... ..... let's work it out......." Wau, i was so shock.... from those cool cool type become very sporty, freindly, those sunshine type.... then i enjoy the full solid hour with the others and off coarse the hotty....haha.... the most shiock combat till now... there was so much fun to work it out with instructor like Ayisha.... exhausting and yet remain unexhausted to work with her... she bring in the spirit of combat throughout the whole class, she bring in the fun altogether, she bring in the energy to every single person in the class, which i never see any other combat instructor do these.... the whole class was like the valcano explosion... everyone was so energetic throughout the class.... thanks you, ayisha to give us a wonderful combat class.... i feel that im in love with you dy.... haha... just.... just day dreaming only la....

my scariest nightmare!!!

wth, i've been sleepless for two days dy... it's all your fault, your fault... YOUR FAULT, fatt u mosquitoes!!! the mos. are attacking me all the time everywhere from my head to leg, until my foot, like owe them sth like that. should be hungry ghost month ma, why become hungry mosquitoes month.... shit man... i wake up so many times in the middle of the night, doing nothing to get a better situation. it's facking annoying and my roommate also suffer... ended up,today i woke up late. i woke up at 8.31 which i was supposed to wake up at 7.45... lucky my roommate wake up at 8.30, and i heard some noise, so i woke up also... i think it's time to do sth, i wan kill u all... fack you stupid mos.

Olympic update...

Lee Chung Wei... the only gold medal hope for malaysia.... yupp, he didnt disappoint all the malaysian supporters at Medan, mamak stalls and the whole country in his semifinal match... and now, malaysia is guarantee for silver medal dy, though, gold medal will of course better... haha... see you(Chung Wei) in the final match against Lin Dan at medan... gonna go support him with my frens... should be an awesome Final olympic match for both the 1st and 2nd seeds of badminton players in this world.... arghhh....cant wait to see dy..... see you guys at medan on sunday...

Long long story

well, today i went to the earlier IS class hoping that i can end class earlier and go back to have a rest... but, sth unexpected have just fill all those hours of rest after my IS class... well, let me start with jeffery...
Me: y u never update ur blog?
J: today, i'll update it... and i've changed my blog template.
Me: wau, i also wan... but dont know how to do...
J: i help u...
Me: come to my seat and start doing....

one long long hour later.... still no result.... wtf, jeFFry...pronounce as "J... fry" haha, this was the mistake made by miss nithi... after all those "brilliant" stuff by jeffery, i have to give up changing my blog template and zhao... but another thing stop me from going back to hostel for my rest.... haiz, pretty annoying... but, it's special event, my fren birthday tomorrow....so, they were planning to go pyramid to buy cake... dont wan go with them at first, but then ended up going with them... haha... walking all the way under hot sun to pyramid was a good cardio for my workout later... and kept pronoouncing "rat" on the way was a good exercise for my mouth... yea, i cant pronounce word again... wonder y i kept pronounce rat as "RED". though i try veeery t pronounce it correctly.... and there were two teacher teaching me the right way to ppronounce it... " A..... AT...... RAT....., RAT" after five second "RED" came out from my mouth instead of RAT!!! haiz.... tired of pronouncing the word... the first time i felt it was a long long journey to pyramid... haha... whatever, rat or red, our first mission is to book a cake... so went to book the cake at secret recepi... chocolate indulgence cake.... should be nice... it's in my fridge now...
the next thing sure gym la.... this time i really schedule out my workout....
1. treadmill 10mins
2. Chest muscle: 32lbs 15 counts, 36lbs 10counts, 40lbs 8 counts, 45.5lbs 5 counts, 50lbs 3 counts, and 54.5lbs 3 counts...
3. abs: 45lbs, 55lbs n 65lbs, 6 sets, 20 counts per set
4: back muscle: 3 sets, 15 counts per set
5: thighs and leg muscle: 80, 90 100, 15 counts per set
6: arms and shoulder: 20lbs, roughly bout 100 counts
7: one hour Zumba fitness class, sweat like hell...
8: abs: 55lbs 10 counts, 2 sets. 65lbs 10 counts, 2 sets.

1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8= undescribable TIREDNESS

reached hostel the only thing that make me feel out of hell is my BED. right after de-contact len-ing, and store the cake in the fridge, the only thing appear in my eyes is ZZZzzzzzzzzzz....... sleep from 9 until 11 sth... then having my oat drink... and now blogging here....

080808 Beijing Olympic started at 08:08:08pm

IT's OLYMPIC!!!! OLYMPIC is back!

080808, once in our life!!! last night was a wonderful night... i thought i will miss the olympic opening ceremony, but i didnt... only missed the count down part... shit la... how can i missed that part!!! i watched it at medan with my friend, and new friends and everyone there.... there feeling of watching the opening ceremony is much different from last time which i watched it at home with my family... it's not i dont like to watch it with my family, but the feeling different when u sit in front of big screen with so many people, watching the show, clapping together, having fun together.... haha... wonderful....
7.40 dance class ended... sad, thought cant watch the opening ceremony.
7.45 took shower
8.08 i know the ceremony started dy. watch it through the tv at gym. BBC news. so, part of it only.
8.15 called my fren to out to medan to watch it together... agree..
8.20 running all the way from pyramid to medan... imagine how tired i was after workout at gym, then run again... tired... sweat like hell....
8.30 finally reached medan... start watching the show... medan was crowded by sunway n monash student and some family also there...
8.50 ordered a big glass of carrot juice, RM5.5
9.30 ordered pao, two for RM4.2
10.45 ordered mee RM3.80
11.00 ordered another big glass of watermelon, RM4.80
12.15 the ceremony ended, everyone back to hostel...

hahaa.... i back to hostel with my stomach full of water....

back to the ceremony, i think it was nice.... i love the taichi show!!!! great job by all the taichi masters!!! the fireworks was great too.... especially the last few shoot!!! another great job...
everyone focus was on malaysia, USA, china, russia, germany...marching contingent.... when all these contingent out, almost everyone at medan shout for them..... the USA marching contingent is so long!!! and OMG, china marching contingent two three times longer that the USA contingent!!! it was crazy.... and the funniest thing was when the camera man adjust the scene to BUSH, everyone started 'boo-ing"... haha... pity for bush... by the way, there was so many countries's leader at the bird nest stadium... if someone bad who want all these people die, it will be an easy job... wahaha....

haiz, so sad, cant watch all the event.... really wanna watch gymnastic... it was the greatest part of olympic!!! and, diving, swimming, badminton, volleyball.... gonna find way to watch it...

HAPPY OLMPIC EVERYONE!!!! hope Malaysia will get our first gold medal!!! let's pray for our contingent at beijing... all the best!!!

Poor swai...

haiz, poor swai kena bully by the others... after the last last post, everyone keep taking bout what i've said and make fun of it(like how other make fun of joseph kumaran five dollar smile)...not need to mention bout it here again... i guess, no, im sure u all know what i mean here... but, thing that do confuse me is that y u all only talk bout swai body... i mean, i did wrote bout jamie hairstyle, sin yin weiling eyes.... y dont they talk bout that... body is important than eyes and hair???? i thought they are all important also... anywhere, feel pity for u, swai, kena bully because of my post here... haha.... sorry sorry....
